Humans of Galveston: What is the best thing that happened to you this week?

Artist: “Well, I got a check in the mail because my computer got smashed when it was sent to the repair people, and so insurance covered the entire value of it. I got my computer replaced, and an extra couple of hundred bucks on top. So, it wasn’t bad.

Humans of Galveston: What are your hopes and dreams for your life and the world?

Artist: For my life, that every day I actually live my life, that I’m not busy caught up in worries or anything, but that I’m actually enjoying the whole duration that I’m awake each day.”

Humans of Galveston: And the world?

Artist: “And the world, I think they should do the same. They should actually be present and experience their day too.”
